OUR KEY PEOPLE
Brett brings to Nosh the veteran experience of a lifetime spent across the hotel, cafe, and restaurant industries. He is the quiet architect of our back-of-house operations, ensuring the gears turn perfectly behind the scenes so that every event runs like clockwork.
Together with Mitch, Brett was responsible for bringing the B/Nourished brand to market—building every aspect of the business from the ground up and mastering the complex logistics of large-scale production. Having successfully established that trade, he has shifted his focus back to the heart of the celebration. As Co-owner, Brett ensures that Nosh stays true to the refined, proficient service it was founded on in 1992, backed by decades of industry knowledge and a genuine care for the guest experience.
Mitch didn’t just join Nosh Catering; he grew up in it. Having worked every role in the business, he understands the hours and technical precision required to make a complex event look effortless. What began as his family’s small business is the only life Mitch has ever known, and over the years, he has helped grow that circle into the larger family of staff and loyal clients that Nosh is today.
Before returning his focus to events, Mitch and Brett co-founded B/Nourished, designing every element of the brand and its high-pressure production systems. Today, Mitch is back at his roots because he genuinely enjoys being the quiet hands behind Perth’s milestones. He isn’t an owner who stays in the office; he is a craftsman who believes that a great event is built on hard work, fresh ingredients, and a sincere love for looking after people.
